The Portneuf Grille & Lounge are located at the Riverside Hot Springs Inn & Spa offers dining & a lounge on the lower level. The restaurant is located in what once was the hotel's historic confectionery and sandwich shop, while the lounge is the original location of the hotel's carriage house.
The Grille & Lounge have been featured in Sunset Magazine, Examiner.com, HistoricPlaces.com, 2011 winner of the Jackson Hole, Wyoming Iron Chef Competition, sponsored by Nicholas Food Service.The restaurant and lounge are open daily year-round.
Dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 5:30-9pm and Friday & Saturday from 5:30-10pm for dinner. The lounge opens at 530 weekdays 5:00pm weekends.Seasonal dining is available outside by the river during the summer months. Executive Chef Alonzo Thomas
Alonzo Thomas joined the Portneuf Grille & Lounge fall of 2011. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Salt Lake City, Utah with a bachelor's degree in Culinary Management and an Associate of Arts from Weber State University. Alonzo serves as the Food & Beverage Manager and brings excellent culinary skills to the table.
